Sumunar encourages all youth to become involved in our gamelan and dance classes. We are currently accepting applications for scholarships, so that the cost can be substantially reduced. If you or your child are interested in applying for a scholarship, please review the guidleines below and complete the application form (PDF format).
General Conditions
* A maximum of 4 scholarships will be granted at the rate of 75% of the tuition cost. As additional funds become available, the number of scholarships may increase.
* Students and their families are expected to cover the remaining 25% of the tuition cost.
* Youth aged 7 - 18 years old are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
* Scholarships are renewable upon reapplication as long as funds are available.
* Scholarship recipients must meet all conditions of the Expectations Agreement (see application form) in order to receive a renewal of the scholarship.
